Minutes of 12-04-07

Members Present: Rick Alpers (RA), Paul Fraser (PF), Steve Favorite (SF), Bruce Van Derven (BVD), Joe Denning (JD), Town Manager Elizabeth Corrow

Members Absent:

Chairman Rick Alpers called the work session to order at 5:00pm.

Reviewed budget committee meeting from the prior evening.

Reviewed and made changes to police and fire department budgets.

Discussed the schedule for the board and agreed several more worksessions will be necessary to complete the budget in the upcoming weeks. The board scheduled an additional meeting for Dec 18^th to review the budget and discuss salary calculations.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Paul Fraser; seconded by Mr. Steve Favorite; vote was unanimous.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:10pm
