Minutes of 11-27-07

Members Present: Rick Alpers (RA), Paul Fraser (PF), Steve Favorite (SF), Bruce Van Derven (BVD), Town Manager Elizabeth Corrow

Members Absent: Joe Denning (JD)

Chairman Rick Alpers called the work session to order at 5:30pm.

The Board discussed the their current Worker’s Compensation Insurance (Primex) carrier and the option to change as it will save the Town a significant amount of money and their 3 year contract has expired.

The Board discussed the renewal of the Towns Health Insurance.

Town Manager Corrow gave the Board an update on the Pay Classification Study.

Town Manager Corrow reviewed Thursday’s agenda as there are many items for discussion.

Town Manager Corrow discussed the schedule for December as work sessions need to be scheduled for budget review.  The Grafton County Commissioners would also like to do a presentation to the Board and the public which has been scheduled for December 13^th.  Therefore, the Boards Regular meetings have been changed to December 6^th and 20^th. 

Town Manager Corrow provided the Board with a Budget handout for their review.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Paul Fraser; seconded by Mr. Steve Favorite; vote was unanimous.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm
