Chris Theriault opened the meeting at 10:10 am

Wage Rates, Jason will look at after the meeting, it seeds as if all the paperwork is in order.

Pay Requsition # 1 submitted for approvel, Chris has reviewed and approved.

Survey/layout has been completed.

Tree Removal most of the trees have been done ME Latullippee has a couple of more to remove.

Contractor to mobilize and begin work, this has been accomplished.

Add culvert, the contractor did this at no additional cost. THANKS.

Sta 52+12 an old head wall was discovered. Mark Bucklin agrees that if we remove the head wall and bury it would be the best course of action.

There is concern about the underground Verizon wires that are in the middle of the path route, so far they have been buried deep enough that they are not a problem, the contractor will keep us informed.

We are still on schedule despite the rains to be completed by Nov 1^st.

Paula Dennig asked if we could have an updated map of the project.

JD expressed concern that a telephone pole is in the middle of the propose path. Three options were discussed. 1. move the path over a few feet, 2. move the telephone pole, 3. proceed and have path go around pole. The engineering firm and the contractor will see if the path can be shifted, if not the TA will contact PSNH about moving the pole, final option will be split around pole.
