Meeting Minutes

Present:  Barbara Greenwood, Stefanie Phillips, Donna Quinn, Leslie Dion

Square Dance:  The Callers name is Lester Bradley.

Parade:  We need to find out if Bruce is going to be able to help.  If he is not around that day he could get the judges.  Les has filed the parade permit.  We need to check with Claire to see if she will be able to get the Parade ribbons made or should we order them.

Touch a Truck:  Les reports that Sue has contacted a number of participants already.  We still need to have Joe follow up on the use of the Middle School parking lot for this and the parade.

Vendors:  The Historical Society is a go.  Barb would like to have an Alumni table as well.  NANA is coming and would like to set up under the tent.  They would like electricity as well.  The National Guard is looking like it will be bringing something.  Donna reports that the Fire Department will be setting up a booth for CERT.  They will be handing out Family Preparedness Kits and Children’s kits.  They will be doing a raffle for one large kit.  She will get this info to Stefanie for the paper.  She and Beth will have some kids activities as well.  Barb will follow up with The Mill Ice Cream to see if they are going to take a vendor space.  The Lion’s may be doing blood glucose testing as well.  We need to check and see if the ponies have been confirmed by Joe.
