Dear Local Business Owner / Manager,
This year the Town of Bristol will be celebrating its 13th
consecutive Old Home Day celebration on August 25, 2007. This traditional old-fashioned event consists of a craft fair, family & kids activities, booths at Kelly Park, a parade, the Bristol Lion’s Club Antique Car Show, and more.!This celebration attracts well over 500 people annually, and we want it to grow! The committee and the town, want to add to the event each year, to draw more people into Bristol and expose them to all the wonderful things Bristol has to offer! New this year we have already added "Touch a Truck" and a downtown scavenger hunt. We are also officially kicking off our first Old Home Day fund-raising campaign, to help cover some of the event costs and to help with future growth.
We would like to invite you to help support this celebration by participating in one of the following ways:
Become an Old Home Day Sponsor
Donate goods or services
Participate in the parade with your business, employees, family and friends
Set up a booth in Kelley Park to promote your business
Enter an antique car in the Lion’s Club Antique Car Show
Help us promote this great event!
Business sponsorship and participation is a successful way of gaining exposure for your business, product or services. More importantly, business sponsorship and participation demonstrates your commitment to preserving the traditional Old Home Day Celebration.
Please join us as we work to promote Bristol, foster positive growth and preserve our community spirit.
Thank you.
