The meeting was opened and called to order at 7:00 p.m.
MINUTES of 15NOV05: There was only one change to the minutes: to include Mark Greenwood (alternate), on the list of attendees. Sandra Heaney made a motion, seconded by Clay Dingman, to accept the minutes as amended. The motion carried.
DISCUSSION: Clay Dingman presented to the commission for discussion the draft of the Historic District Ordinance for the town’s 2006 meeting. Dan Paradis was asked to join the discussion, as well.
The commission and Mr. Paradis proposed a number of changes and edits to the draft in order to prepare it for distribution to the Planning Board and Town counsel for review. Clay Dingman agreed to make the edits and have a revised draft ready the following day for review at that evening’s Planning Board meeting.
The goal would be to bring the draft ordinance to public hearing at the December 28 meeting of the Planning Board, allowing enough time for another hearing on the ordinance if revisions were necessary.
NEXT MEETING: will be held on January 10, 2006.
With no further business, Clay Dingman made a motion, seconded by Sandra Heaney, to adjourn at 9:00 p.m. The motion carried.
