How can you Participate?


Volunteers Needed!

Community volunteers are being sought for the following sub-committees to assist with the organization and execution of the many events being planned to celebrate Bristol’s Bicentennial. Committee needs are as follows:

    • Community Dance – June 22, 2019
    • Celebration Dinner – June 23, 2019
    • Birthday Party – June 24, 2019
    • Bicentennial Parade – August 24, 2019
    • Bicentennial Old Home Day Extravaganza – August 24, 2019 (will work in conjunction with Bristol Events committee)
    • Historical Re-enactments/Encampments/Artisans – may occur throughout the year, but main focus will be August 22-25, 2019
    • Pancake Breakfast/Community Service – August 25, 2019
    • Contests & Trivia – occurs throughout the year
    • Old Tyme Baseball Game – Date TBD
    • Community Picnic/BBQ/Community Photo – Date TBD
    • Ice Cream Social – Date TBD
    • Street Dance/Block Party – Date TBD
    • General Volunteer – available as needed for ‘day of’ events
