Town Beaches consist of the Avery-Crouse Beach and Cummings Beach

We need your help….keeping our beach open and accessible for all. Please do not leave your beach furniture unattended. If you are leaving your sitting area for more than three hours, please remove your furniture so that others patrons can utilize the beach.

The Bristol Select Board
A parking permit will be issued to all persons who request such permit as follows:
- Annual Beach Permits
Annual Beach Permits may only be sold to residents and tax payers of the Town of Bristol and Town of Bristol Employees. Annual Beach Permits may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office or from the Beach Attendant. A valid vehicle registration must be provided by the resident or tax payer as proof of residency/ownership.
- Guest Beach Permits
Guest and family members may obtain Guest Permits for the length of time they are staying with the property owner. Guest Permits may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office only. The property owner must verify the Guests length of stay by submitting a verification form which may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office.
- Day Passes
Day Passes to the Beach may be sold to non-residents as long as there are sufficient parking spaces available, which will be determined by the Beach Attendant. Day Passes may be obtained at the beach only from the Beach Attendant.
All Parking Permits shall be $5.00.
All Annual Permits shall be affixed to the lower right side of the passenger side front windshield of the vehicle, for each vehicle desired to be parked at a town beach. Guest Permits and Day Passes shall be placed on the dash of the vehicle when parked at the Beach.
Town beach parking permits shall be valid for only the vehicle for which they are issued, and only while such vehicle is owned by a resident or taxpayer of the Town of Bristol. Only one permit will be issued per vehicle. Permits are not transferable.
No smoking is allowed on Bristol Town Beaches.
